About Thrive

Thrive’s Vision

To be the most successful and respected multi-residential development and investment company in The Maritimes.

Thrive’s Core Values

These values are the backbone of our company culture and how we aspire to do business every day — with our residents, stakeholders, communities and each other. Each one tells a multilayered story that motivates us to continually strive for excellence.

1

Better together.

Our greatest asset, and the key to our success, is our people. Because satisfying our residents depends on the united efforts of many, we are most impactful when we work together cooperatively. We invest in our people and value their every contribution, creating a sense of collective ownership in everything we do.

2

Deliver an experience.
Be remarkable.

The Thrive experience enlivens the senses, instills well-being, and fulfills even the unexpressed wishes and needs of our residents. We pledge to provide the finest personal service and exceed expectations in everything we do.

3

Design inspires us.

We are inspired to create spaces that are engaging and uplifting, that contribute to the sense of health and wellbeing for our residents, and the sustainable stewardship of our communities. We engage curiosity to challenge design preconceptions, ask the right questions, critically evaluate ideas, and craft better solutions.

4

Grit always wins.

As a team, we are willing to put in the extra effort, go the extra mile, and be accountable for our actions in order to see our vision and dreams realized. We aspire to consistently surpass our current achievements by embracing new challenges, working hard and celebrating our milestones. We are proud to do the work and call it ours.

5

Champion perseverance.

We persevere in our efforts no matter the obstacle, with a high sense of urgency. In fact, in the face of obstacles, we always find or create additional opportunities. When we work hard, stay focused and act in service to others, we believe anything is possible.

6

Chase perfection.

We are driven by curiosity and a motivation to learn. We value creativity, in our constant pursuit of finding new and better ways to achieve the best possible experience for our residents. We pursue excellence in everything we do.

7

Systemize success.

We believe in the implementation and continual improvement of systems to attain a consistent and superior resident experience. Anything that is systemized, measured and studied, improves. Establishing systems creates additional time to focus on understanding our residents needs, innovation and overall growth.

8

Be frugal, create opportunity.

Frugality is something we take seriously. We want to be mindful and intentional about expenditures, because controlling our costs means we can pass savings on to our residents, reward our team and continue to grow. If we do more with less, we can do more.

9

Getting it done today.

Our future is created by what we accomplish today, not tomorrow. The timely completion of deliverables and projects, coupled with high quality is the currency of our progress and growth.

10

Propel relationships.

We believe in initiating and fostering long-term relationships with our residents, stakeholders, colleagues and community-at-large. We seek to deal with others, as we would have them deal with us. We believe meaningful relationships are created by providing service to others.

Building Relationships

Maintaining strong relationships and serving our tenants and communities as a whole is the most important aspect of what we do. It is through these relationships that our team continues to strive and lead the industry to new levels of customer service and progress.
